All our 9 Villas at Litsarda enjoy sea views and White mountain views. They are supplied inclusive of heated private pools set in a very large terrace, central heating, garage, furniture, kitchen, appliances and connection to all utilities. All villas are supplied with a very large lower ground floor. This will be suitable for 3 additional bedrooms making all villas 4/5 bedrooms. For added exclusivity the whole site is surrounded by a very attractive stone wall and each 2 villas share a private gate.

Each villa at Litsarda development benefits from a third to half an acre of land. The exclusive nine villa development is set in a 4 acre site within a couple of minutes walk from the traditional village of Litsarda and 2 kilometers away from the larger village of Vamos. The sandy beaches of Almerida, Kalieves and Georgioupolis are about 10 minutes drive away. The distance from Chania airport is 35 minutes and from Heraklion airport is 75 minutes.

We released Litsarda Villas only after they had been built (but not finished internally) so that we could reduce the risks and anxiety associated with off plan purchase. Our buyers can visit and inspect our villas safe in the knowledge that they can see the room sizes, the views, the actual plot size and density of buildings.
